Here’s a wicked 92 track, quite familiar sounding based on the samples but far from a known anthem. I first heard this EP off The DJ Yolk mix I posted some years ago, though the track played in that was a different one. It took me a while longer to notice this tune, now it’s a solid choice for 92 style sets. The track structure follows Terrorize “Just a Feeling” or “Playing with Knives” pretty closely, eg a main piano part alternating with a nastier synth similar to the one in those tunes. However, this tune has some more twists and turns thrown in as well. Couple that with an absolute classic vocal (Jason Load Experience – Mainline ’90) and you’ve got a wicked hardcore tune which is both accessible yet underplayed (and not too hard to find/ pricy).
