For anybody who missed my set Friday afternoon/evening (eg the vast majority of you :)), here it is in the Radio Frontline Archive.
Obviously I’m biased, and I always seem to be saying this because, well, if I hate a set I prob won’t even post it here… but I def think this is one to check. That poll I ran on here asking what style to play was totally split down the middle. About a third of the people who wrote back wanted 92 hardcore, a third wanted 93-95 full range stuff, and a third wanted jungle. So I tried to compromise and get all that stuff in, starting w/ 93 but some more ravey/upbeat tunes from then. After about 30-45 mins I moved into deeper 93-94 stuff, then onto deep / dark 94, finally ending with a bit of tearout amen jungle stuff 95-96 style. Lots of bases covered, but I think it flows reasonably well. If only the mic wasn’t so terrible sounding 🙂 Ah well, at least there’s a few shoutouts for a few of the people who actually managed to tune in live.
