Redskins – Gun

Here’s some early ragga jungle stuff that’s probably not too well known. In my opinion this isn’t one of the strongest Kemet EPs (or the best by Redskins), but the nonstop frantic toasting throughout and the gunshot samples definitely make it well worth checking.

    Absolute classic. Virtually every track on this EP got rinsed out on my turntables back in the day. Used to get played a lot on Kool FM too. Selecter & La’Ba were my favs with the nosey parker vocal hook on La’Ba. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GT-w1q-Nimc

    yeah that one was a good tune too, was a toss up between posting that one and this one (Gun)
