might record one or two in the future, really want to make it a live/interactive thing though instead of more raw content out there for people to asynchronously check out. A lot off what made it awesome for me was chatting w/ friends and people who read this blog (Imaginary Forces, Dustin10, Dave Quam, Matt wheezie, my budy Sam, etc) while trying to grab requests, pick from crates of unorganized records and mix haphazardly at the same time…
Definitely trying to figure out a time that will work for everyone… I’m thinking either monday, wednesday or friday early evening EST (5 6 or 7 pm) which would be 10,11,12pm UK person time. That or Saturday or Sunday middle of the day / early evening UK. If anyone has strong opinions / know which tend to be the best times for people to tune in, leave a comment below.

Really enjoyed the set I caught the other day. I don’t mind what time you play as I wont always be around like I was the other night.
Only thing that would be a downer for me personally is if you did it regularly on a Sat or Sun afternoon as I work every weekend.
Cool, right now I’m thinking Monday Wednesday 6 or 7pm EST (23:00 or 24:00 GMT).Maybe I’ll do both this week and see which time has more people tune in 🙂

Oh and by the way, I had a look through my collection and the Dillinja/Rups Majestic B Line was filed in the 94 section. My guess is that it sounds a bit 93 in production style as it was only co produced by Dillinjah so perhaps Rups (Who I think helped run Deadly) was not as advanced as Dillinja in his production technique. It would also explain why it sounds so unlike any other Dillinja stuff.

yup I sent out a couple reminders as FB statuses for the blog to the oldskool page, as well as twitter updates. Guess I could do messages to all blogtotheoldskool group members but feel a bit bad about that… let’s just say it’s 7pm EST/ 12 midnight every wednesday for the time being 🙂
Didn’t miss much I didn’t really pull for GOOD vinyl just played whatever was in my nearest crates, which was kind of a crapshoot. Also I need to spend more time mixing less time chatting 🙂 But, was fun as usual!
