This track is one of my all-time favorite early Happy Hardcore jams. It combines the breaks from Jonny L “Hurt U So”with a vocal most well known from (but not originally from) Justice + Mercy “Soothe My Soul”, as featured in this great carl cox video:
There’s a few other classic samples in it. The guys who did this also did a nice 4 tracker called The Environmental Health EP which was solid oldskool stuff, not hhc.
