Since I’ve been posting slightly faster jungley stuff recently, I’ll slow it down today with some 91 techno. Here’s a great lesser-known Beltram single from 1991. It’s sort of a mix of 80% energy flash, 20% Program2Beltram “Omen”.

Speaking of Beltram, he has a few choice lines in this amazing house documentary from years ago – Channel 4’s “Pump Up The Volume”. It’s around 3 hours long, but well worth watching. As with all these documentaries, you know you’re not going to get a fully comprehensive view of the music back then (hardcore is only mentioned in passing), but if you can get over that and focus on what they DIDN’T leave out (i.e. what’s actually in the documentary), there’s some amazing stories. <\/p>\n
