Big thanks to DJ Quick Lung for providing it! This tune is from December 95 and sounds pretty hardstep to me. a steppy break (life could?) \/ amen combo, massive hiphop vocals and punchy bass. The vocals are taken from Keith Murray&#8217;s &#8220;It&#8217;s That Shit&#8221; (later sampled by the Chemical Brothers):<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9T_fKNk3HQQ\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nYou can definitely hear how, as 95 drew to a close, tunes were getting a bit more streamlined and hip-hop oriented, which would of course end up leading to the jump up explosion of 96\/97 which itself probably helped open up quite a lot of non UK people&#8217;s eyes to Jungle through the more prominent hiphop influence.
