Here’s a nice 92track by Easygroove and (according to Discogs, confirmation please???) Roni Size. It’s not nearly as crazy as you’d expect a track from THE TECHNO DREAD to be, but it would make sense for an early Roni Size tune… kind of slowjammy 94 melody sample with streamlined breaks, plus some more 92-ish synth work in the middle. This is definitely a track which has grown on me over time, due to it being in a number of great mixes not the least of which are some Easygroove favs<\/a>. Solid beats, catchy vocal (from Martin Campbell – Wicked Rule<\/a>), a few nice additional flourishes (the pitched up chopped vocals that sound somewhere between beatboxing and swearing). Nowhere near as manic I usually like my hardcore tracks to be… but I guess they can’t all be crazy mega chopped sampleadelic hardcore mayhem.
