Will be reconfiguring stuff and looking to re-rip any affected rips. In the meantime, if anyone wants to send me a list of all the rips which they know have digital clipping\/etc, I&#8217;ll add them to the queue for re-ripping (it&#8217;s a pain for me to notice since TBH I don&#8217;t listen to my rips for this site much, I usually just listen to the original vinyl \ud83d\ude42 )<\/p>\n<p><i>Update:<\/i>Just ordered an Ortofon arkiv needle which seems to be highly recommended for ripping, there&#8217;s still a bit of ground noise from the combined phono pre-amp \/ usb box I&#8217;m using but not as bad as the old setup.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>see the comments in the post below, been tough for me to tell since everything sounds fine when I play the records back initially..
