This is actually a US downtempo\/&#8221;trip hop&#8221;\/acidy breaks EP by <a href=\"http:\/\/blogtotheoldskool.com\/?p=531\">Omar Santana<\/a>, which uses plenty of classic hiphop and rave sounds.
